Welcome to [community profile] saiunkoku, the DreamWidth fan community for Sai Yukino's Saiunkoku Monogatari! This community has open membership - anyone is more than welcome to join and post! However, before you join in, please make sure that you read, understand and agree to follow the few rules below.

1. Content


  • What this community is about: This community is about Saiunkoku Monogatari in general, so any kind of post about the books, the animated series, the manga, or the universe of Saiunkoku Monogatari and its characters, is welcome here.
  • Fanworks: Fanworks are allowed as long as they are properly formatted (see below) and rated.
  • Regarding introduction posts: Although we are sure you are a very nice and enthusiastic person, please don't make any "introduction post" for the sole purpose of saying "hi" upon joining the community, unless of course you have something Saiunkoku-related to discuss in said post. If you want us to get to know you, just join in the discussions and you will soon feel a part of the community! Your personal journal is the place where you want to tell us about your non-Saiunkoku-related life.
  • "Hit-and-run" merchandise selling posts: While it's okay for members to go and offer to sell/exchange Saiunkoku Monogatari related merchandise (books/dvds/t-shirts/whatever), we will delete posts from journals that are obviously specialized in selling merchandise and have no intention of participating in the community's life in any other way.
  • Posts encouraging illegal sharing of copyrighted material will be deleted immediately.
  • Spoilers: Please put spoilers under a lj-cut, with appropriate warnings. See below for basic codes about posts and how to make lj-cuts.
  • Long posts: Please put long posts under a lj-cut. Nobody likes to scroll for hours. See below for basic codes about posts and how to make lj-cuts.
